Commitment to Your Success: If you complete our 90-day program and follow our guidelines but don't achieve the outlined success of planning, selling, and hosting trips for digital nomads, we've got you covered. We will extend your coaching period for an additional 3 months at no extra charge.

Conditions: To be eligible for this extension, you need to demonstrate compliance with our promotional activity requirements, which include:
  • Engaging actively in promotional activities as per our program's guidelines.
  • Documenting and submitting evidence of your efforts and adherence to the strategies we recommend.

2. 180-Day Money-Back Promise:

Our Refund Promise: If you don't secure a minimum of three TripMates or have at least eight video calls with potential TripMates within 180 days of our program, despite following all our guidelines, we offer a full refund.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Facebook Group Posts: Evidence of posting at least three times in over ten different Facebook groups that cater to digital nomad travel.
  2. LinkedIn or Instagram Promotions: Proof of conducting a minimum of two promotional activities on either LinkedIn or Instagram.
  3. Meetup Group Engagement: Documentation showing engagement with at least three Meetup groups that are relevant to our travel program.
  4. Trip Listings:
  • Primary Listing: List your trip on JoinMyTrip.
  • Additional Platform: Additionally, list your trip on at least one other alternative free platform, such as Trip BFF, TripGiraffe or another suggested in the program.
5. Video Calls: If applicable, record at least two video calls with potential TripMates, subject to their pre-approval, and share these recordings with us.

Program Adherence: You must demonstrate:
  • Full adherence to the strategies and guidance provided by us.
  • Systematic documentation of your promotional efforts using Notion or an agreed-upon tool

  • We will evaluate your submitted evidence for completeness and adherence to our program strategies.
  • A refund will be granted if your documentation meets our agreed standards of effort and strategy application.
General Terms

  • Record-keeping: You agree to maintain comprehensive records of all your promotional efforts and interactions.
  • Professional Standards: All promotions must reflect our standards of professionalism and brand alignment.
  • Platform Compliance: You must adhere to the terms of use for each promotional platform. Non-compliance may affect your eligibility for the guarantees.
