A TripLeader is a charismatic, empathetic individual who inspires and motivates others with passion and energy. As a TripLeader, you’ll plan and host co-living and co-working trips for remote workers, creating unforgettable experiences with like-minded individuals.
- Trip Size & Duration: Groups of 5 to 12 people, lasting 10 to 15 days.
- Flexibility: Travel where, when, and with whom you choose.
No, it’s not a full-time job. Hosting trips can be easily managed alongside your main job. With just 5 hours a week to promote your trip, you’re set for success. Once on the trip, your main focus is to enjoy the experience with your group!
- Freelancer Model: You’ll collaborate with travel platforms to promote and sell your trips effortlessly.
- Earnings: TripLeaders typically earn €2,000 to €10,000 per trip. For example, hosting a two-week trip with 10 people can earn you €4,000–€6,000.
- Travel for Free: Flights, accommodations, and other expenses are included in the trip price.
